I just eat meat and know it's unethical. I know I should be vegan but non-meat foods genuinely make me want to die forever

i have too many issues . there's something wrong with almost every part of me and this is one of them. it sucks 👎 i would love to be vegan. but i can't. my diet would become potatoes, apples, bananas, grapes, rice, almonds, and peanuts . and maybe some bread or pasta but 50/50
